before, I immediately do rebay to maintain pressure on the stack, but sometimes plaque comes into play. And what is your rule?

I let the emotion pass like a wave. It comes, it goes. And I stay there, ready for the next spot.

No, I don't reloading anything. Most of the time I just go to sleep. For me poker is a hobby. And any result is good for me, because any result means that I found free time to play.

Sometime I get tired of bad beats and just quit playing that day.

There are two different situations. Having a bad time playing online on multiple screens is much easier to absorb. Playing live Poker I find it more difficult but we have to work our minds for it. Remembering that we are human beings and many do not make a living from this and tilt would be natural

I avoid tournaments with rebuys. But if such a situation happens, I try to stay afloat and look for the first best opportunity to double up. I've won tournaments in which, at certain stages, I had 1-2 or 3 blinds left. The main thing is not to give in to emotions.

In cash games I use auto top-up, so that I always start a hand with at least 100BB. If I want to stop playing, then I click "sit out next big blind". I dont leave a table because of a bad beat. I leave, because the table is not good, or because I need a brake or want to end the session.

As a spin and go player, I have a flaw: usually, after a defeat, I try to recover. Although it's not the right thing to do, it can often go wrong and sometimes it works. It's not exactly the best strategy, but it's what I do.

If in end of the session I stop but if In debut or middle I continue I throw my emotion in trash before I start

I reboot because I don't like living with the consequences. The motivation for playing the mode is that I have to play better.

No, I usually take a break instead of reloading right away.
After a bad beat, emotions can run high, and I’ve learned that jumping back in too quickly often leads to tilt and more mistakes. I prefer to step away, clear my mind, and come back when I’m calm and focused again. It’s all part of managing the mental game, which is just as important as strategy.

On-line I use auto top-up. Would be bad to not to have a full stack, if I wanted to play for it. If I want to stop or need a break, I stop. Playing with lower stack is not a solution.

Yes, it's not good to have the winning hand and not have a full stack.

Depends on how you feel, if you have that angry feeling walk away for awhile or you will lose more and make it worse. Trust me I have learned this the hard way.

It depends a lot on your mental state, if they shake you, it's better not to.

I try not to. After a bad beat the temptation is strong, but I usually take a short break, breathe, and reset my mindset before reloading. Jumping right back in tilted is almost always more expensive than the beat itself.

Well, depends. In cash games you should always have more rebuys with you, and in tournaments you should have several bullets. Just in case that JJ versus AK coinflip does not go your way.
