Understood. I mostly experience people go all-in (especially during tournaments) when I 3 bet or call their 4 bets. You need to consider if you are 3 betting for value, or 3 bet bluffing. If its for value then go for as much as you think they will call. If you're bluffing with weaker parts of your range, then don't do this against calling stations.
Also consider your position and size up if your OOP when the original raiser calls
In my personal experience, I would say if you are not value betting for 3 bet, it should be done based on the table situation and individual players. This way you can probably make the bluffs to fold if not they will 4 bet or go all in in which case, you will have to fold obviously 😌So if you want to start 3 betting lighter what type of hands should i consider 3 betting other than premiums?
