888 snap. Only 22 hands but villain was 41/32, and had gone to showdown 4/7 winning none of them.

Pre just calling vs this sort of player. Definitely 3 bet it at times though.

I dont actually tend to donk bet ever but to be honest I had a few tables open and I lost track of the action for a second, causing me to mistakenly lead out.

Felt I had to call that flop reraise vs this villain based on what I knew. Villain seems aggressive but very capable of over valuing hands, so I then ship it on the turn after hitting 2 pair. There are very few combos I am behind against and my instincts are saying this guy will pay me off huge with an overpair, or JJ,TT, or a Q or even maybe a 9, as well as any draws.

Have I got this one just about right?

I dont think there is a ton to say here. Against players like this I agree to flat pre and against better players I probably fold pre. That might be tight but I dont like calling a lot against decent players out of position when I believe their hand is stronger than mine. However, that discussion is for a different day as we are up against a weak player in your estimation so it is a call.

I never donk there either but you said it was a lost track of action and it turned out to not hurt anything. Although against better players there they can easily take your donk bet as a weak to somewhat weak Qx or middle pair and possible exploit you later. As played I would be a little weary of their raise as they could be beating me here but against these players I do think you should call here as you did.

Turn is a great card and you played it well from there on out. Pretty simple check jam as we think they have at least a little something to be raising us on the flop so they should be betting very often on the turn so no real worry about a check behind there. Besides the mis-click donk lead this was a very well played hand by you where if the villain was a better player they easily could have found the fold button.

I think you played the hand fine, and I wish there were players like that at the sites where I'm allowed to play!
