Preflop
A cold 4-bet is an extremely strong action, and I kind of think, JJ is to between to do it in this situation. You are out of position, and you are also 170BB deep against CO. Stacking off JJ preflop that deep is usually a sure way to set money on fire, so I dont really want to face a 5-bet here. You could make a tight fold, since you are not involved in the action yet, but I think, JJ is strong enough to call and basically play it a bit like a setmine.

Flop
I dont understand, why you are checking here? You are likely ahead, and your hand needs protection, when he have overcards like AK/AQ/KQ. So just make a small C-bet.

Turn
This is a bad card for you, because now hands like AK and KQ got there, so it makes no sense at all to check the flop and then bet now. Check and make a decision, if he bet.

River
What are you trying to achieve with this bet? If he has a hand like 88-TT, he would almost certainly have bet the flop for protection, just like you should have done yourself. He is never folding a better hand, and if he has something like AQ, that he floated with on the turn, he is not going to call again. So just check and make a decision, if he bet. As played you are getting a great price, when he raise, but what are you ever beating here?

Spoiler
Honestly you went wrong on pretty much any street.

Preeflop cold four from BB has to be larger
Flop 100% bet your cold 4 range is JJ+ AK and if you have them some bluffs -also a reason to bet larger- all those hands want to bet on this board.
Turn after we check flop 0 reason to bet now---Our V are never folding Kx top pair after a check- if we wanted Ax to fold we would have bet flop.
River if this is a blocker sizing Vs your Villains then you have to fold to the min raise it is never a bluff nor is it TT raising for value
the reason it is never a bluff is you had to use a larger blocking size
