... alrighty then, this is the only possible upside to charging people to use a sites features, very nice news! Its for peoples who not come to play poker at the table, they come only to throw something into each other ! As for me its very distract! Very nice what now they pay for this spamings!
Notes are available now! They cost 15 cents each, and modifications are 3 cents. The update failed to make it available to create notes about the players
Yah this is terrible.Wpt Gold also introduced a ridiculous feature.
Paying to see folded holecards 😆😆

Online Poker Site Charging 'Idiot Tax' to See Other Players' Cards
ClubWPT Gold is creating some more controversy.www.pokernews.com
I agree. For me its an important part of the game, that a player, who folded, dont have to show their cards.Yah this is terrible.
Actually, at first I was playing some MTTs there, not just the CC freerolls, but one day I won a €330 seat for an online Day 1. When I tried to join, there were no options, so I contacted support. Even though it was clearly their mistake, they refused any refund or to give me a similar ticket for a later game. Instead, they compensated me, wait for it… with a $1 ticket. 🤡 Since then, I keep any real MTTs on Party or GG; lesson learned. Now I’m only CC freerolling there.
I haven’t been in the game that long, but I’m curious if any room has ever pulled something like that before. Also, out of curiosity, I wonder what the management team at CC thinks about this new feature of charging for throwables, which might end up being implemented in other rooms in the future. Good idea or bad? @Martin @Tammy
How exactly was it their fault, that you did not manage to use your ticket, while there were still more Day 1 games running? Did they cancel Day 1 games at the last moment (why would a site do that?), or what exactly happened? I think you should reconsider.
The WPT is currently one of the sites with the biggest promotions among poker rooms, and a single incident shouldn't be a reason to exclude it.
Actually, I also think it's up to us to check the dates of the target tournaments for which tickets will be won.
I know it might have been a mistake on their part regarding the timing...
Usually, sites usually refund us in some way.
The WPT and Partpoker have done this several times (refunding tickets), but other times I simply lost. I didn't like it very much, but there wasn't much I could do.
I try to pay more attention to details, but my tickets keep expiring (although it's my fault).
Regarding the throwables:
I don't think the idea of charging for them is cool... But you also have the option to opt out.
Other apps like KKpoker (Suprema and Bodog, perhaps) also charge the same amount. (some of them you also need to pay to have the native HUD)
Gotta love that you’re assuming stuff when you’re completely wrongHow exactly was it their fault, that you did not manage to use your ticket, while there were still more Day 1 games running? some mobile poker rooms actually do that as well, but the print is not that fine and you need to get the throwables currency beforehand, so you know exactly what you're paying for. But then, they charge normal money for the rabbit feature, go figure... (also no fine print, very visible)WPT recently had an update that now includes an integrated HUD, which is cool, and they finally added emoticons and throwables. Yesterday I made a withdrawal, so I had around $1.30 left. I joined the daily freeroll and noticed the throwables. Just for fun, I started using them.
At some point it stopped sending them, and I got confused. I read the small print underneath and, to my surprise, there's a 10-cent charge for every throwable you send. Yeah, it's partly my fault for not reading the fine print, but come on, what poker site charges for throwables lol? A $1.30 mistake that might save you money now that you know.
It’s the first time I’ve ever seen a site charge for something like that, and honestly, it feels pretty scammy. I’ve seen a lot of people using those throwables over the past couple of days, and I’m pretty sure none of them realized they were being charged for it.

It’s that tiny line underneath them that no one probably takes the time to read.
