I believe it is better to play with maximum concentration. It is not worth sacrificing the quality of your game for the sake of quantity of tables. If you play two tables at the same time with high quality, then in six months or a year you will definitely be able to play three or even four tables at the same time with the same high quality. It just takes time and experience.
