If I understand correctly you are saying that your emotions will be constantly changing over the course of the game? If that is the case you just have to not let the emotions lead you. Just lean back, take a couple of deep breaths, and play your hands the way know that you should.

sometimes it is difficult to put emotions aside, and especially when you lose one or several plays that affect you and that makes you lose control of your game or when you are very excited you can also lose control of your game, emotions It is something that you have to try to control, take a deep breath or even take a moment to calm down and be able to continue

Play. Everyone is moving. Don't tilt - that's the cure. Moving is part of poker. If the fish didn't get what it takes you over with, the fish wouldn't play poker.

Understanding the nature of the game, knowing that there is variance in poker 80% skill 20% luck (deck of cards hitting the board) would be close to that for me.
Dealing with emotions and tilt is one of the hardest things in poker, try to accept the nature of the game that strong hands lose and decision making from our opponents is not controllable.
one thing that helped me a lot is playing poker with blood in your eye against variance, taking a hit and not giving up (poker is a game of overcoming, willpower, determination and patience) people next door, punching the wall, etc...!
remember how painful it will be if you fall near a final table when you've been playing for hours (it will be more painful) so accept the nature of the game and avoid exhaustion at the beginning of the grind!

Below I leave my opinion!

AA vs 72s

You go allin vs a recreational preflop and find yourself with this hand (hero AA) vs 72s..
Do you think all the chips in the pot are yours??? do you deserve them in front of mathematics? until the river we noticed that the 72s has 16.70% to win the total pot that you decided to invest all your chips with the AA, so you are not worthy preflop of all the chips involved! (nature of the game)

Tip: Study every time you tilt and turn up your favorite glglgl games!

Focus solely on the game... Don't get emotional... Accept everything that comes your way. Let your mind guide you, not your heart. Accept your mistakes and your bad streaks. Always remember you need to play to the best of your abilities and winning will come as a result of that. Do not let the possible outcome darken your judgment.

Yes, I also read and I'm jealous, because it takes me at least half an hour to cope with my emotions. There are 3 moves in the last tournament, and it's a shame everything is on the river, everything was played correctly, but... The fact is, for me personally, sometimes, it is not easy to cope with emotions!!

I think with the experience it gets easier to control emotions . I remember when I started Holdem I often was upset by the number of bad beats that occured.
Now I accept that it's part of the game... even if it stays tough to see your aces cracked by bs
But that's poker

I haven’t played a live games until now but I am not quite sure about it but if I was in your position and I have to control my emotions I would just focus on my breathe because it helps us to stay calm and sharp it won’t let you show any weakness so focusing my breathing would be a strategy for me whether I have a best hand or I have a worst I would do the same in all scenario!
Hope this helps you and others as well!!

I see poker as entertainment, so I don't get too upset when I lose. And besides, I mostly play freerolls, so I actually don't lose anything :)

A good trick is to simply observe your emotions, without acting upon them.

They are like a wave in the ocen, they rise and then fall.

If you observe the emotion rise (and do not react or do anything) then it will fall again, at which point- it has passed.

If you mindfully observe yourself then you are actually detached from the emotion and can avoid making the mistake of automatic emotional reaction.

Definitely worth understanding and learning this.

Whenever I take a seat at a tournament, I consistently remind myself that this is merely a game and the money used for the buy-in is within my affordable range. I strive to keep my emotions in check, allowing only a slight sigh of 'Ay, caramba!' to escape when a weaker hand prevails over mine, especially in those moments when I find myself eliminated from the game.
