We all have played long tournaments that last up to 7-8 hours. But there is one thing I want to mention, which is that the valuable tournaments often take place in accordance with the time of Europe and America. Asian players, although very numerous, still suffer disadvantages due to having to stay up all night to participate in high-value tournaments, which not only affects the decisions in the tour but also greatly affects health.

Even in Europe there are tournaments at night time, so it depends on your daily routine or rhythm.
I don't like the long tournaments though, Mostly I play tournaments of 4-6h max.

The biggest price pools are obviously generated at the times, where most people want to play. So even if poker sites wanted to, its not something, they can change. And if playing at these times dont suit you, then just play tournaments with smaller fields or cash games. Even if you live in Europe, the biggest tournaments usually last until well after midnight, which might be ok for some people. But its not ok for me, so I pretty much never play these tournaments.

This point you raised is very important for building a player's career, considering the player who wants to make a living from poker.
Building a game schedule and platforms are important, but the other two most important things are: Grind schedule and player count.

Often, when I'm in a downswing, or want to build my foundation by playing micro stakes, I end up playing late-night tournaments (here in brazil, Rio de Janeiro). These tournaments have smaller prize pools, but they also have much smaller fields. This helps strengthen the bankroll... and get back to the most sought-after tournaments...

Yes, it's a problem, but what can you do about it? You must accept this.

Participation in the poker tournament is voluntary, no one forces you. If this is not suitable for someone, then you can always choose something else. There are many poker options and this is great. I do not understand those who complain about their choice.

I think exactly the same way. I have a friend who complains about everything about gambling.
I always tell him that it's very simple; none of this bothers him anymore; just don't play poker, or choose another game.
It's funny how many people forget or don't try to understand the NATURE OF THE GAME. Understanding this can solve many problems.

When I was much younger back in the days of Full Tilt. I played and won 2 freerolls that finished at 5am.
That got me launched on building a bankroll.
The craziness of poker was that I was earning twice what I eventually won in 1.5 hours. Those games lasted back then 8-9 hours with 2,500 participants. You had to register quick or be shut out.

Just like when PS had those daily leagues: Beginner, High School, and Master...
To get to the next leagues, you had to qualify throughout the month; those were huge journeys.
I played very little Full Tilt... I made it to the final stage.
I discovered poker in 2007, but I started playing and created my accounts almost 10 years later, and I'm already joining CC, where I'm always learning something.
