More to the point of the mantra, though, losing those 10bb hurts you more than gaining 10bb (and going from 40 to 50) helps you. This gets significantly worse when you start shorter. For example going from 30 to 20 is 33% of your stack on a single hand. Would it have been better to see 4 flops and pick a better one to continue with? [/QUOTE]
