I recently played a $10 online tournament and got knocked out in the middle stages. I realized I'm not very confident in 3-bet pots. How do you usually adjust your strategy in mid-stage tournaments?"

Its just poker, regardless which stage you are in, and there are no particular adjustments for "being in the middle stages". At least not any, that are important enough to consider, before you have other things hammered home, like for instance how to play 3-bet pots. If you feel, that you struggle playing postflop in 3-bet pots, then maybe practice with some cash games, where the situation comes up more frequently. You could also share those 3-bet hands, where you felt unsure what to do, to the tournament hand analysis forum.

3-bet is a challenging topic for me, especially preflop. I need to understand the hand ranges better. I usually review a lot of hands using GTO principles, analyzing which hands to 3-bet from different positions and stack sizes. Recently, I’ve been focusing on suited Aces (like AxS hands) and trying to improve by 3-betting more frequently with them. I aim to balance my 3-bet range not just with premium hands like K10s and J10s, but also by including hands like these to get the right ratio.

I think a lot of players struggle with 3 bet pots as they feel more invested in the hand, and therefore they don't want to play without premiums.

Its OK to call a 3 bet or 3 bet yourself and fold after the flop. But its also more important if you are going to C bet after 3 betting yourself that you undertsand the range you are likely to have 3 bet with ad the range your opponent is likely to have called with too.
