How do you play the so called sng "spin" games? Is there a winning strategy?

I am addicted to these 3 player spin games that you can buy in from .25 up to hundreds and with a spin of a wheel or something equivalent, you can win pennies or a million dollars. So far my strategy is to play kinda tight and not be too concerned about position. The stacks are short and the blinds go up fast My win rate is probably 30%. Does anybody have any insight concerning these games?

I used to play spin and go omaha a lot, I think they are a vice for me although I haven't played on pokerstars for a long time, when I played them I tried to play as safe as possible and on certain occasions if I had to put pressure on the opponents I would did, especially if they were regular players because in omaha it is very easy to always find the same players

My other problem with this format is when my bankroll is large I tend to play the larger sometimes the $100. I know I should stay away cause those are shark infested waters!
