In tournament poker, the Independent Chip Model (ICM) guides so many decisions — but what happens when the bubble dynamics go haywire? Say, when a few short stacks are limp-shoving with marginal holdings, or other players tighten up dramatically.
How do you deviate from pure ICM theory in those spots? Are there reliable adjustments or heuristics (like adjusting ranges or calling thresholds) that you use to exploit these unorthodox bubble plays? Share your experiences and reasoning here.

If you think, someone is playing weak (overfolding), then you attack them more. If you think, someone is limp-shoving to much, then you dont raise their limps, unless you have a hand, that you are willing to get it in with. If its SB, you take a free flop, and if its someone else, you either fold or limp behind with the bottom of your range.
