Welp, crap happens, this is poker, stuff like this is bound to happen from time to time. If the shove was preflop and you were shortstack, then you did everything right, for one fail like this you will have 9 wins against the same hand but on different board. If on the river, then I would be cautious, because the board paired and the opponent can be representing a boat with heavy aggression, though a decent overpair is usually enough for a call IIRC (though the things can be different here, because you are multiway, and you therefore have to be much more cautious)
