In a $3 freezout this happened
after the hand he said "SORRY....I was just feeling lucky"
i wish It was a live game so I could reach over and slap him in the face :)

so if you find someone named LOOR on Titan, be careful of what you're up against

He had no business to call in the first place. especially in early position. But, since he called I can see why he called your raise. He already decided to play that hand so any raise you did he would call. Once you choose a hand to play, you play it.

If poker was an exact science then he never should have called but there is an aspect in poker called feel poker and sometimes it pays to play. Depending on the types of cards that have been hitting the flop in the hands previously then a decision could be made on playing crap cards. I know this isn't correct but i have on occasion played crap hands because maybe i,d hit a hand with them prior, once again testing the theory of situational luck. With a liability of only 615chips i would have called your all in to m8.

Not only is he lucky he flopped two pair, but even luckier for him that you hit your Q, otherwise I'm sure you would have folded when he bet enough to make you go all in.

And here I thought KJSexton was the only one to go all in on a 5-7. Maybe he's a relative or something. :D

Yeah it certainly had a Gus Hanson look about it.
Some players will call that pre-flop raise with such hands with the sole intention of putting in a big bet if low cards flop.
They want you to have AK,AQ,AJ and such like, and they want you to miss the flop.
It was just a shame he caught 2-pair and you caught TPTK.
I hope it doesnt effect you to much.
You played a solid hand and will get your rewards.

zinzan1000 be lucky
