probably many can call themselves regulars, but are they honest with themselves? Playing more than a dozen tournaments do not reach the bubble. increasing each subsequent buy-in in the hope of winning back and getting a profit. do not flirt friends and everything will be with God's help.

I also consider myself a regular poker player, I play a lot of tournaments and I play them because I like them, I don't play by increasing the stake to recover what I lost, I play my game, I have a buy limit between 0 - 11$, there are days when my game doesn't work at all and I'm aware that this happens to most players...maybe only those pro players don't have such usual problems:)..I'm not at that level

Online it depends on where I'm playing since I'm in the U.S. I play on approximately 6 sites and 3 of them are for real $... One roll is generated from freeroll winnings, one from a leftover sports book roll, and the other is also initially from freeroll winnings but then I was able to make a deposit a couple of years ago and are still (barely) maintaining it.
The other 3 are for, as they say, "entertainment purposes only". You know, the CC games. And Global. They have some fun GC trny's.
For my live games I play within my means and stay off tilt. If I wind up losing for the night I quit and go home. I'll take my frustrations out on some poor fishes on the pooter.

Maintain regularity in the tournament game is essential to achieve good performance in the long term. To do this, I establish a consistent routine of training and games, setting aside specific time to study strategies, analyze my hands, and practice essential skills. In addition, I seek to maintain emotional balance, controlling my anxiety and frustration, to make more assertive decisions during the matches. I also make sure to properly manage my balance, setting financial limits and avoiding gambling beyond my possibilities. The search for continuous learning is a fundamental point, so I always try to keep up to date with the latest trends and techniques in the game, whether through books, videos, or discussions with other experienced players.
