I will start by saying that I'm ADHD and staying focused on the game is my biggest leak.
I have two laptops in front of me, TV on, cellphone here too, and always something in my hands that I'm tinkering on.
I have found that by putting the TV to dark screen guitar music that I can turn all of that other stuff off and focus on the poker game.
The soft guitar music calms down all of those rubber balls bouncing around in my brain so that I can focus on the task at hand.

It depends on your mood. In most cases, music is good for concentration, but sometimes there are also days when silence is more desirable than music.

The last time I used a cassette was as a child like 30 years ago 🤣 gave away all my CDs like 5 years ago too and since then YouTube/spotify only.

Yeah music poker is an amazing combination, especially if u are planning to play a bit longer.
