Lately, I’ve been finding myself at tables where almost every player is hyper-aggressive, especially during the early and middle stages of MTTs. Standard opening ranges don’t always seem to work, and sometimes it feels like a shove-fest.
How do you personally adjust your strategy in these spots? Do you tighten up, fight back with 3-bets, or just wait for premium hands?
Would love to hear how others manage to survive and even build stacks at such tough tables.

I find I pretty much have to tighten up, then 3-bet/play aggressively. Not waiting for AA, KK (although that would be a bonus), but any strong hand in position.

My luck quotient in shove-fests pre-flop is close to zero, if not negative. Unless you know you're going to be lucky, there really isn't any other way to play it.

You should be aggressive yourself, but who you are describing is basic manic play (shove fest) so when playing against a maniac you just need somewhat of a hand like 55+ and hang with them. Waiting for big cards is what they are hoping you do because they want you to fold fold fold, they don’t want you to call. So be a calling station against a maniac.
Against smart aggressive players be aggressive back, 3 bet more, stay in position, study these spots so you know what to do when they come up. Good luck!

How to study these spots depends on the action of players on all streets.
Preflop you state shove fest---We have to play hands that dominate our V not hands that get dominated by the V's all-in range so KQ not K, if they are shoving KJ. A9s not A6s if they are shoving low pairs and A8 etc etc etc
Equilab which is free is a great tool to build V ranges and then look at what hands have strong equity vs that range. If you have multiple players going
all-in preflop Equilab lets you study that as well.

It is never easy to face hyper aggressive players, in my little experience I always try to be very calm and patient, try to read that player as best as I can, how aggressive he is, who he is more aggressive against, if he bluffs a lot, and the truth is I don't know, other things that I see during the game and well I try to make the best decision possible.
