Hello there, and welcome to another action packed episode of "What If."

You have 20,000 in chips. You are dealt :ks4: :10s4: and call a decent raise of 3000. The flop comes:

:7s4: :3s4: :10d4:

You raise it to 5000 and onlyone player calls. The turn is :8s4: . You check and the other player checks as well. River is :2s4: . You post a bet of 5000 and the other player goes all-in which would put you all in. Now, would you call hoping he doesn't have the Ace of spades or would you fold?

WTF! I would be all in in a second. You are looking at a huge pot to almost double your stack and you have the near stone cold nuts, the other guy is is probably putting you on a 10 (hence the bet on the flop)

Your opponent has 1 out to beat you, and in all seriousness if you are not willing to put all your chips in the pot in this situation then you shouldnt bother playing high suited connectors.

Also, there are not boat draws on the community, making your hand even more attractive

Wow what a litanny (spelling police) of mistakes.

1) Fold pre-flop
2) Good bet on the flop
3) CHECK, brutal decision. You should have bet out heavy at this stage.
4) Youve made sooo many mistakes at this stage, just dont fold it. Instant call.

Can't really answer it yes or no, cos I wouldn't be in that position. Once the 5th spade had dropped on the turn you need to bet it, to avoid being outdrawn by someone with the loan Ace (who would obviously be very grateful for the free card).

Assuming you only had one spade (the King) and had bet on river after making flush, and were re-raised? Well, it's just a guess isn't it. I'm loath to laydown such a big pot with such a good hand, but i'd assume he's got the ace, and have to fold i suppose.

7,000 more to call, and you have been pushing till the end. How much more did the other guy have than you, I know it would put you all-in, but is it only 1/2 his stack or most of it.

I would think you would have to call.

I'd bet the flop...and the turn.....and the river ALL-IN......BUT....... I would have folded to the 3000 raise pre-flop with K/10 in the first place so would not have been in the hand to begin with.
