The pre-flop min raise is the key here. He probably would have raised QQ larger and we've figuratively eliminated AA, KK & AK. QJ, TT, & QT, all with maybe one heart, are possible and problems. He also could have any underpair with a heart. I think he played this more wimpy than sneaky, so I say call the all-in.

I too have learned the hard way that you don't slowplay AA with a coordinated board. Guess he now knows, too
