I picked up 🆙 pocket 88s in middle position and the utg+1 moves all in for 8bbs I only have 13bbs and five players to act . Omg 😱 I am in the money but really trying to make final table. Utg+1 rangers include Ax’s KQ and maybe 🤔 55s+ I don’t know this player but Couple of hands 🙌 later the villain did the same thing with A6o and hit the A to beat pocket 88s so the villain is a little Wide . I think I made a bad fold what do you guys think.???

Its a close spot. I ran the hand in ICMizer making the assumption, it was a standard MTT payout with 24 players left. In that case your calling range is 88+, AJ+, ATs. So unless UTG+1 was a nitty player, which does not seem to be the case, then folding here was a small mistake. But its not something, that will significantly impact your long term winrate, and nobody gets these spots 100% correct all the time.
