On the flop we get basically what we are looking for. We are down 2 to 1 in chips to villain and its not panic mode yet but it is a time that you take a chance to turn the match around. After calling pre flop 12k (which I think is correct) and then facing another 12k bet starting the hand with 104k about 1/4th of your stack would be in if you just call. With that much being in the pot if I call, having a flush draw, I am check jamming this flop. I expect villain to call off with and Ax or Jx so I am not doing this for fold equity but I would be doing this because I am down in chips in the match and blinds should be increasing soon and we only have 17 BBs to start and less of course if we call and dont win this hand. I think this is the perfect spot to take the chance and get it in here with the draw. Pocket pairs under a jack would fold so we are getting some hands to fold that beat us and then taking our chances against all the Ax and Jx. As played the turn is a weird spot since I want to let villain keep betting but I also dont want what wound up happening which is a check behind and then a 4th club coming on the board. I would have the mindset that no matter what comes on the river I am not folding. I think in game I would have checked as you did since I want villain to bet again which I still feel like they would with their pairs that dont have one club. Leading here I dont think is terrible but unless villain has a club in their hand they probably will fold a decent amount of the time and you let them off the hook. They might look you up though as this is heads up but depending on your bluff frequency in previous heads up hands villain might just fold. I think its best to check here with the intention of check jamming the turn or, if villain checks behind, to bet river. Your river bet though should have been larger than what it was. Doesnt matter for this hand but it will matter for future hands.
