You made a pair, but its only second pair, and given how tight this guy is preflop, the spot kind of suck. He does bet very small, so I would also call. But already now you need to start thinking about, what a 5% PFR range looks like, and how it connects with this board. And its not great, because while you do beat hands like 88-JJ, is he really betting those into two people with two overcards on the board? Thats certainly up for debate.

Turn
Another K makes it less likely, he has one. But it does not make it impossible, he bet larger now, and is a player with stats like this ever dubble barrel bluffing with, I dont know, AJ or AT? I dont think so, and for that reason its time to let it go and move on.

8d changes nothing, but him betting again does change things, and if I made a tilted call on the turn, I would still fold now. You are getting around 3:1, but you only beat a bluff, and I dont think, a player like this is firing every single street as a bluff 1:4 times. More likely he does it 1:100 times, so in my opinion you are just paying him off.
