This is usually a fold or maybe a call against some opponents, who bluff a lot. But its never a 3-bet. The only hand, you possibly beat now, is a bluff, and he is not calling a 3-bet with a bluff, even if he is getting a good price. And he is also not folding any hand, that is better than yours, so you can not turn your hand into a bluff. What on earth were you thinking here?
