Heads-up against a solid reg in a 5$ 9-man turbo SnG on pokerstars. Made two pair on the river. I dont think, folding is on the table here, but do you just call, or do you put in a raise? Earlier streets?

This is an interesting spot where in game I think I would have played as you did. In getting time to think about it though I dont know if I like the jam on the river unless you are fairly certain villain would call off with Kx. My thinking goes as this, villain is a solid reg from your thinking so how many one pair hands is villain leading the river with? I would think all 8x, 5x, and 4x hands villain would have that are one pair hands would be check calling the river. When they lead then it means they are bluffing (frequency of bluffs depends on how sticky you have been in this heads up match), thinking they are value betting with Kx, or they are value betting with some two pair hand that with this board runout most likely beats your two pair. So if we feel villain will call off an all in with just Kx here then I think its a decent bet. If they arent calling off Kx then what do we expect them to call an all in with that they would actually lead with here? I guess the caveat is how much you have been bluffing in this match and will villain think you are full of it. Without knowing that and without knowing how much they will look you up with Kx you may have made a bet here that will only get called by better hands.

Thanks for the feedback. It was actually not my intention to show the result, but forgot to edit the hand history. Anyways I agree. I dont think, Villain has enough one pair hands, that are leading the river AND will call a jam, so raising was an overplay.
