Without information about the villain, I would be comfortable just trying to get to showdown as cheap as possible and not pushing to take the pot with ace high. There are just too many hands beating you here by the river and AK isn't a great bluff catcher on that board. I wouldn't barrel on the turn with an unsuited AK either. It's just not worth running into trips, sets, flushes and boats on the river. It's a really tough spot and there are much better to be had with so many BB left in the stacks still.

Preflop
Open raising or limp-reraising are both valid lines in this situation. It depends on, which strategy you use with all your range, not just this hand.

Flop
I think AK high is to in between to bet here in a raised pot. You are not betting for value, he wont fold any better hand to a single bet, and this is not an ideal hand to use for a multi barrel bluff, since you dont have any kind of draw. So I prefer to check with intention to call a small bet, but hopefully he check behind.

Turn
As played I am just giving up now, but he check behind.

River
The board pairing is good for you, because now its a bit less likely, he connected with the board. I dont see any point in betting, so the question is, do you want to call and try to catch a bluff. His value range is likely JX or better, so there is no difference between calling with AK and a hand like A7. This mean, we need to look at blockers to determine the hands, we use for bluffcatching. And I dont think, its great to have a heart and a spade, because this mean, you block some of the flushdraws and also the BDFDs, which are hands, that likely float the flop. So based on the suits I would let this particular combo go, since its one of the worst AK combos to call with.

I would raise 2.4x pre
The flop hits the BB callers range a lot more then SB raising one so I would check/fold mostly given your
big open raise amount already bloated the pot too much for check/calling to be viable with shallow stacks.
The smaller open would allow a 1/4 to 1/3 pot c-bet against a tight player and check/call line against a weaker player
providing he does not bet too big.
