I would call with QQ above because we have 2 demonstrations of better hands than our KJ as we see a 3 and 4 bets, so this hand I would fold pre flop.

A cold 4-bet is typically a very strong range like maybe JJ+, AK. So not sure why you choose to get involved here with KJs? On the positive side there will be an overlay, if BTN manage to push the other two guys out. But you are crushed against his range, and when you call, the other two guys have a reason to also call, because now they can win your bounty. So you and BTN are not getting as much fold equity here as in a regular MTT. And for those reasons I would not call much wider here, than what I think, BTN is 4-betting with. Maybe down to TT and AQs. Something like that.
