As others have said, your preflop sizing is way to small. 3BB is fine with deep stacks, if noone has entered the pot, but with limpers in front of you should at least add 1BB for each limper. And honestly being this deep and with AA and likely against very bad players (looking at what happened on the flop), you can just make it 10BB strictly for value. You would rather take AA to a flop against only a single opponent and with a lower SPR (Stack to Pot ratio).

So he moves in for around 10 x the size of the pot, which makes no sense at all. Its the kind of play, you will not even commonly see in an online microstakes MTT, but perhaps in a freeroll. It does help, that you have Ac in your hand, because it reduce his equity, if he has a flushdraw, and it also gives you a little bit more equity, if you are behind to trips. Even so I think, its still a fold. As a default we are not looking to stack off for 125BB in a single raised pot. And also if he is bad enough to do this with any hand, you will have plenty of options to win his chips later in the tournament.
