At that point in the tournament, you should have the player's hands and style written down: whether he enters a lot with aces, whether he bluffs a lot, whether he is aggressive, whether he is reserved and enters with specific hands, whether he is a recreational player (maybe he entered with an 8 or 4, that's what it's for: gathering data on the player and finally evaluating your current position). I would have folded.

minraise on the Turn into jam on the River means you're almost certainly behind. This is a pretty easy fold.

Typically players don't want to throw away their bounty in the first 30 hands or so. For that reason you can probably find a fold where lots of hands beat you on this board.

Preflop
This deep you can do more than just a min-raise.

Flop
Your C-bet is very large, which is weird, when you only min-raised pre.

Turn
You could check here for pot control, now that the flushdraw got there, but its also ok to bet again for value. When he check min-raise, you are usually beat, but you are getting great pot odds, so I guess, its ok to call.

River
Small raise on the turn then overbet jam on the river is a severely underbluffed line, and he is never doing this for value with a worse hand than yours. Easy fold.

More than 70% you're behind in turn good fold

The villain called an overbet on the flop, basically annihilating weak high cards and low pairs in their range. All their flush draws completed on the turn (which is thanks to a flop overbet is now most of their range) and as a final nail in the coffin the top pair paired (which is also a huge chunk of their range). There is no reason to call this river with a weak overpair, especially considering that the villain bet 300% the pot there. You also unblock their flushes without a spade ten, but at this point it doesn't matter anymore.

How many flush combos does the big blind have preflop? Take the time to look at a chart or just work it out? Do we want to check the turn most often vs that number of combos?
Do you have flush combos? How likely is a min check raise vs UTG turn bet going to be a bluff when you have flushes and nut flush draws on turn? Yes people will bluff at a very low % too low most often for us to call when they can shove river as the next step of their bluff.

A low flop is a good place to protect the big blind, but also for you, given the pocket pair. In my opinion, the key point is the actions on the turn. The opponent raised, and the pot became almost equal to his stack. The opponent's bounty is small, besides, you said it was the beginning of the game. If you expected BB to protect a pair of eights, then you're behind on the river.
The most interesting bluff is seen here with a :as4:
