Pretty sure I did this right

UTG makes a standard raise and gets called by the CO. I have QQ in the SB and I shove 32 BB to get the CO bounty (I think it was $3) and seriously deplete the UTG stack if I win making him susceptible to getting KO'd. I would be a huge chip leader with a great chance of winning a lot of bounties. This was 2 away from ITM in a micro PKO (2bucks). I had been seriously card dead and got lucky a few times, ending up with a decent stack in late stages. I was in 3rd place with 2 away from money. But cashing was not the goal since even 1st is less than 25 bucks. I want a big stack to start picking up the short stack bounties. I end up flipping for my whole stack but I think this shove was correct. Thoughts?

I dont like a small 3-bet here, because you are out of position, and stacks are quite shallow. You could just call, if its important for you to min-cash, but jamming is certainly fine as well. Just a bit unlucky to run into AK and lose.

Yeah. Min-cashing was not really of interest. That would be like .65 profit 😆 (I had 2.75 in bounties as well but still not that interesting). I thought shoving was the best play to improve my chances of getting a big stack and eliminate any decisions if an A or K came on the flop. Quite unlucky indeed. That will happen many more times, I'm sure! Thanks for replying.

I prefer calling in this spot to try to induce the BB to jam, and then you can rejam over the top.

Same result in this case, but you will get more dead money in the long run. ;)

Reviewed a similar not PKO multiway spot with QQ in SB yesterday- the solver had 3 bet sizing and some flats as well jamm
ing was 49% of the time- so no mistake to jam but not a 100% jam spot by you non PKO

As other members said, BB's possible bounty was in the game when you had to act.

On my personal opinion, if you flat here and BB shove, I could see this party growing on 3 or even 4 way because of the bounty included. They have to call 2.3bbs more only, and if you 4bet shove here (if non of them 'd do till the circle gets to you) would it be looking that powerful that you have?
If BB not shove, it 'll be a 3-way party, when you have weak position, and may 'll be outbluffed, or someone may get there cause you can be paralised when A or K came as you said.

When you shove here you picking up 8+bbs, becoming the table leader as well. If someone calls only AA or KK beat you, otherwise I can see calls like AK, AQ, JJ, 1010 even 99. So possible double-up as well.

I had this crazy hand some games ago. Look how easily BB is willing to gamble in a PKO near the bubble for the bounties with K9s. On micro levels if people don't have the understanding, they can be presented hands like these, and there's always a dangerour that they get there dirty. So better to position yourself to be able to control the parties in general, and with your QQ it was a great chance to do it, and you grabbed it in my opinion the best.
