Standard C-bet. He now raise, and this is a tough board to valueraise on, since the only logical two pair is QTs. So you most definitely can not fold here, and right of the bat I think, his range contain a lot of draws.

Turn
Definitely no reason to donk bet on one of the worst cards in the deck, since it completed both clubs, J9 and the sneaky dubble gutter 97. If he had bombed it, I probably just give up and fold, but luckily he checked back.

River
Judging from his stats, he is a good player, and then he should not be raising any made hands, you beat, on the flop. Hands like KQ, QJ or AT are just a call on the flop, when you are 100BB deep. So he should be polarized here to busted draws, that decided to give up, and then made hands that beat you. And for that reason I dont like betting here at all. I think, its a check and evaluate spot.
