Ok I have KTs with about $7900 in chips utg goes all in for about $7000 in chips and a $11 bounty so it folds to me and I call now the big blind is still left to act he goes all in for $25000 so I call all in.good or bad call am I a nitwit ???

I don't think it was a bad call. It's pretty borderline for the sake of the bounty. BB is going to jam over you here pretty wide because he has a good price with two possible bounties and nobody else to call him but you. I would prefer at least a connector rather than an offsuit 3-gapper, but at 7 bb you probably won't get many more chances for this kind of spot.

In a normal MTT this would be a clear fold, but the bounty was worth at least 5.000 chips (assuming 5.000 starting stacks), and with that plus the blinds and antes you were getting good enough odds to call. A decent amount of the time someone else will come in from behind to bounty hunt, but if they are coming in with hands as bad as 54 offsuit, your equity goes up a lot. In this particular case you had 41% in a 3-way pot with overlay from the bounty, and this is more than enough to make a profitable call.

There is an old saying you have to have a better hand to call an all-in than to raise yourself--So is KT going to be dominating many hands in this spot?
