Its easier to make reads when you know the exact hands and outcomes, and we are not in the whole game just in one hand. To be honest with you, when you had to raise in the pot which was already 63% of your stack, I see a gap here to not play this hand any other way to go all-in on flop, and pick up this huge pot or go broke. Or if you are willing to play and put a half-pot bet in, be able to make a hero fold however the pot is so huge that if the flush draws are picking up another outs on turn = a pair or straight draw as well, they would chase your shove either way (the donk bet was absolutely pointless tho), and you will end up the same with the third diamond on the board.
