Hand 1: Even deep I am folding this UTG+1. If you are going to get involved because you are so deep then it should be a 3x raise to deter those behind from getting in and making it a community pot. Flop is fine as I would just call as well as played. Turn, the raise should be bigger here as we are deeper and as of this turn we have the nuts and there are plenty of hands like flush draws, Qx, and two pairs that could continue so we should be going for more value here and a protection element against the draws. River is interesting since it takes away the nut hand from us but opens up all the Qx that we could milk now so I think I like raising here instead of calling. We would then get re raised and would have to evaluate and then based on what we know about villain. I think calling is okay but there will be times you just call there and villain flips over some non boat Qx that you could have got more from. Hand 2: Simple fold pre from UTG+1 with A7 suited with UTG opening 3x and the whole table still to go. We are less deep than hand 1 and also if an ace flops (as it did) we still shouldnt feel that confident with our hand. Flop is a call to that sizing. You cant go anywhere with that turn card and I dont think I would bluff here although some villains you might get them to think about folding so you would be raising here to setup some river bluff but with our hand I like calling for 40% pot ish and seeing what happens as played. I dont really like the river card as we are now calling to chop and that is if its a small Ax which is unlikely from UTG and also now Kx has us as well if that is what villain holds so I think I just fold to this bet which may sound strange but we beat nothing but a bluff here and chop with hands that just arent likely (Plus I would discount the JJ and QQ since when you call turn that should shut villain down on the river). You raise which actually is interesting as we could rep Kx here but your sizing needs to be a lot bigger for it to ever work so its a bad play as played with the sizing you used. Problem is your stack does not lend itself to bluffing the river unless you go all in which I think is suicide on this board. The bluff might work in 200 BB or more deep cash game but in this spot it just isnt going to generate enough folds to make it profitable imo.
