Basically i’m new at poker, playing for around 6 months but already in love with the game. And would like to know how you guys would’ve played this hand.

In this case i was playing 10.8 at GG.
80 players left, i’m at the big blind with 37BB and KQo.
Action folds to cutoff who shoves 9bb with around 40$ bounty in his head, action goes to button who shoves behind 39bb. SB folds and action is on me. Is this a good call with KQo?
It’s and easy fold? Didn’t find any solutions for this in GTOwizard.

As we know tournaments are about surviving, but also timing. In this situation I would muck KQo with no regrets. Button means business.

I would have folded too. Short stacks usually shove in late positions with Ax - would have called if it was folded to me though.

Button did show some strength by shoving, and you will still cover the short stack if they doubled up, so in my opinion it is not worth risking it all against a potential monster hand in this situation.

I would fold. 37 bb is a reasonable stack, I don't risk.
