They both have a high VPIP over 18 hands, but their PFR is not that high, and CO made a huge 4BB open, which usually indicate a stronger hand than, if he had limped or min-raised. So I think, you are against a somewhat strong range at least from CO, and I dont think, you have any fold equity, when the pot is already so large, and you also have a bounty on your head. I would prefer jamming over calling though, since when you just call, you are basically going to check-fold all flops, where you miss, and then you lose 20% of your chips just to see a flop.

You are obviously happy to stack off with top pair and a flushdraw, and with only a pot sized bet left and BB already all-in, I dont think, someone behind will always bet, if you check. And its a bit of a disaster, if it check through, and you then face a bet on a bad turn card. So I think, its fine to open jam here, which is a stop-and-go play. If they fold, thats fine, and if they call, thats also fine, since you are never that far behind, and you can even get called by worse.
