If yes why are we checking? 
If no and we check why would we now want to bet turn with two pair K5? The flush draw is still there for Villain to hit and now they can have a low draw as well and we cannot make a low. We do not have a strong show down hand and it is very unlikely that our V will fold turn at this buy-in level.
 Our hand was stronger on the flop then on the turn because V would have to chase 2 cards to get the low and would be much more likely to fold weak low draws such as what they had when we pot flop which is a good flop for our hand. When called we shut down and try to see a clean river two pair is a very weak hand in PLO8 when our V want to see all streets.
