On flop you have your 9 outs and assuming also 3 additional outs for your overcard as the ace.

His near full pot bet is weird and indeed based on your stack it's either jam or fold. So I am assuming he has a Queen and doesn't want to make it profitable for a draw to call.

Not sure if I'd risk my full stack just for a draw but the pot is 3/4 of your stack, so it would be amazing to win this hand. He has you covered, so you cannot win his bounty. Personally, I might have leaned towards a fold myself and live on with my 30 bigs.

But I can see why you jammed for your draws.

So let me look at the rest of the hand:
Well interestingly he doesn't have anything but unfortunately a better Ace.

Preflop
His 3-bet is very large, almost 4X, and its for 25% of your stack. For those reasons I am not a big fan of calling here out of position. Against a maniac or even some LAGs I would 4-bet jam. But against someone with stats like this, even its only over 10 hands, I dont think, there are any bluffs in his 3-betting range, and his value has AJs crushed. If you flop top pair, you will be more or less committed to the pot, and often you are just spewing off reverse implied odds, because on AXX you get it in against AK/AQ, and on JXX you get it in against QQ-AA. So even though it migth seem tight, against this kind of player and for this large sizing I would just fold.

Flop
You flopped the nut flushdraw, and if you are not stacking off on this kind of board, then calling preflop makes absolutely no sense. You just have to hope, you are against a hand like KK, where your A is live and gives you 3 more outs, or that he is bluffing, and AJ is actually the best hand. The latter will basically never be the case though given his stats and his line.

So he had AK but unfortunately with a spade, which give you one less out, and he got his hold. Him showing up with a premium hand like this is 100% expected and confirm, why folding preflop is the best play.
