As played, I think you played this hand well. Looked standard, and I probably would have played it the same. Check on the flop is fine. I might have bet a little more on the turn, maybe just a tad over 1/2 pot around 250. But your bet wasn't bad, just under 1/2 pot. Over 1/2 pot may have a greater chance to entice folds, and I wouldn't be confident with a weak Ace and the J on the turn, which I'm sure you weren't either. In this case against that opponent, I don't think the hand would have changed and they probably still would have called and you still got the others to fold either way. The check on the river is fine.

If you had this hand in any other position besides the BB or SB, it's a fold. But they practically just handed over free money to you.

Just make a note on this person and play tight around them. They're probably not bluffable, at least in this game lol. The opponent might actually be better than what they showed here and might play better in another game and just didn't care about this one.
