Unfortunately, it is not possible to transfer free bets to real money. Please try again the steps below:
 
-Login to [URL='http://partypoker.com/']partypoker.com[/URL] in a google chrome browser, using your standard credentials
-Press on Sport section
-Head to Offers section
-You will see your free bet there, press on it
-At this point I would advise to read the Terms and Conditions and once done so, press on the right on "Bet now"
-In the sport section, make a selection on what you want to bet.
-Once you do, in the bet slip on the right you should see a button "Apply Freebet" press on it, confirm it
-Lastly press on "Place Freebet" and it will apply the free bet to your selection.
 
Please try to use a different browser and if you still have issues, please send us a screenshot or a short video of the problem.
