The second option is obviously much better for the entire global population but, the first option would (just about) suffice.

My opinion is that it is important for all Russians subjugated under Putin's violent reign to clearly see that the rest of the world will not accept or allow this vile dictator to do as he pleases without consequence.

It is a shame that so many ordinary Russian people will suffer due to no fault of their own and purely because of the greed and ego of their dictator.

However, when you consider what Putin is subjecting Ukrainians to, there is little other option until the madman is brought to heel.

The sooner there are riots in Russia, the sooner Ukrainians aren't getting bombed, the sooner things will start getting better for everyone.

Mark my words, if Putin isn't stopped, then before too long there will be much bigger concerns than:-
