I don't have pokertracker but plan on investing in it in the near future.
I have requested my HH from the last week from PS and am planning on going through it all and would like some pointers on what to look for to improve my game and find leaks.
What is it that I should look for and what kind of notes should I take on it?
Thanks for taking the time to read this and all help will be appreciated.

At the second link Chris gave you, I suggest you might look especially at his section "c) known starting hands".

That is a very quick and uncomplicated way for someone new to PT to get instant benefit from it. Assuming you have a reasonable number of hands in your histories for PT to look at, you can easily identify starting hands which lose you money, and then delve into the detail to see whether you have just been unlucky, or whether you are misplaying certain hands.

If you discover and fix only one leak in your game this way, PT will have paid for itself.
