Yes, players differ in their ranges. Below your level, at your level, above your level there are players that are more agressive than you and some that are more nitty than you, and the HUD gives you info on their range.

But what if the same player changes his style? Personally, I have two more or less opposite play styles I use. One of them I use at the 2NL and the other in the CC freerolls, but I can switch between the two styles at the tip of a hat if I want to.

And I do switch, or combine them, in response to players at my table, for instance an agressive player behind me. I imagine many other players, at higher levels than my level, are able to change their range and playstyle quite a lot.

Doesn't this hurt the quality of the info your HUD gives you about a player?
