Firstly the main stats you should include in a HUD are VPIP, PFR and Aggression factor. These will give you an overview of the type of opponents you are facing. After this it is personal preference. I use fold to steal stats to see how likely the blinds will fold when I am in LP. This means you can more safely steal blinds - which adds a lot to your win rate over a long period. Other stats such as villains CBet % will show how aggressive they are after a raise. This enables you to float the flop if their Cbet is high, and often steal the pot when they stop betting the turn. You should really just have a look at your HUD options - Google HUD setups and copy what a decent player is using before customing it to your own requirements.
