Texas Calculatem not working for me

Just purchased it about 5 days ago and it doesn't seem to work on Full Tilt which is what I play on. It doesn't attach to any of the tables I join on FT. I downloaded bodog and it worked over there. I sent the Texas Calc. site an email but they haven't responded. Has anyone else encountered a problem like this?
