I realize I can replay individual hands from PT.

Are there any programs that will take my hand history from a SNG and let me watch a replay of the entire tournament?

oh and if you ever use holdem manger or poker tracker you can replay using that..

Poker racker 3 will replay a full tournament?I didnt know that,should come in handy,thank you:)

yeah just filter the hands for the tourney you want, arrange them by hand number (or time), go into the replayer and 'tis done, if i remember correctly.
