PT3 NOT RESPONDING

Its been 45 minutes now. Any ideas? Support has not gotten back to me yet. I ma thinking of reinstalling the program, no other ideas.

Hold the CTRL, ALT, and Delete buttons down at the same time to go to the Task Manager.
Under "Processes" look for PokerTracker.
Highlight it, and End Task.
Give it a little bit to close, then try running it again.

What your system spec? I know it takes far amount of power....

It appears the my C:/Users file was altered somehow. PT3 support said they had never seen this after I sent in the log file. Ouch.
I am thinking of doing a system restore back to a point before C:/Users was altered.
Any thoughts?
Also, I am thinking of purchasing a desktop with a larger monitor solely for poker. My laptop is a lower end HP pavilion model and I am anticipating more issues as my database grows.

I had a similar problem but I installed postgre (which somehow got deleted). I installed it (some slideshow showed me how) and it was working again. I have a hp pavilion and it is crap. my hp wireless doesn't know. I've uninstalled it and reinstalled more time when I can think. Well try asking pt forum. I did for a few problems
