PT3 crashes on auto detect

PT3 was working fine and suddenly now it has started crashing as soon as i click on auto detetct for pokerstars. I am a newbie and totally ignorant...pls help!!!:eek:

Do you have the latest beta of PT3? If not, go get it.

If that doesn't work you may want to try contacting their support. Generally I could find help in their forums from support responses to other members, but you may have a more specific problem.
