posting hands from HEM

Hi, if im reviewing a session and replaying hands and I want to post one, how do I get it off HEM into cardschat. Many thanks.

Right click view selected hand history>copy.I use deuces cracked right click on the left box paste then hit convert.It will now come out on the right box right click copy.Then when your on here say what ever it was you wanted to say about the hand right click paste.hand converter below
