Under the options menu there is "Vacuum analyze database" and database MGMT" anyone ever use these options?

What are they and how can they be helpful?

it just clean yours database to make it quicker and more organized you can do this in pgadminIII look in the hem forum for help. you also should be backing up the datbase routinely you never know with computers.
