I get the popup that asks me whether I want to run or save it again. If I choose run, it tries to run the file already on my computer, even after deleting and emptying the recycle bin. If I choose save, it saves the file that is already on my computer into a new file, without downloading the file again. I somehow need to get my computer into a state where it will actually attempt to download the whole file again, any techies out there?
